Líder de Atracción de Talento Masivo

¿Tienes experiencia liderando procesos de reclutamiento masivo y gestionando equipos de Atracción de Talento? Esta oportunidad es para ti.

Objetivo del puesto

Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de reclutamiento para posiciones operativas y logísticas, asegurando la cobertura de vacantes, la implementación de mejoras en los procesos de selección y una excelente experiencia para candidatos y líderes de contratación.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar al equipo de Atracción de Talento para procesos de reclutamiento masivo.
  • Gestionar proyectos orientados a optimizar los procesos de adquisición de talento.
  • Coordinar procesos de reclutamiento a través de agencias y diversas fuentes de atracción.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de contratación para atender incrementos en la demanda de personal.
  • Capacitar a líderes operativos en procesos y herramientas de selección.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de reclutamiento y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Garantizar una experiencia positiva durante el proceso de selección e integración de nuevos colaboradores.
  • Promover iniciativas de diversidad e inclusión dentro de la operación.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de reclutamiento.
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento masivo de posiciones operativas y logísticas.
  • Manejo de Google Workspace (Gsuite).
  • Excel intermedio (indispensable).
  • Conocimiento de SuccessFactors (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para laborar bajo un esquema híbrido.
  • Disponibilidad de horario cuando la operación lo requiera.

Horario
