DG Compliance Field Auditor — Inspector operativo de mercancías peligrosas.

  • Salario: $20,000 - $24,000 brutos mensuales.
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:30 am a 6:30 pm.
  • Modalidad: Presencial.
  • Ubicación: MEX5 – Tepotzotlán: Prologis Park Cedros y Área metropolitana.
  • Duración del proyecto: 12 meses, con posibilidad de extensión.
  • Objetivo:

Realizar inspecciones operativas en piso dentro del site MEX5, Tepotzotlán, para observar, registrar y reportar las condiciones de los paquetes relacionados con mercancías peligrosas (DG) de los programas EasyShip y Seller Flex, siguiendo los procedimientos y listas de verificación del cliente.

Funciones principales:

  • Realizar recorridos e inspecciones diarias de los paquetes recibidos en el site.
  • Revisar visualmente el estado del empaque, las etiquetas y la identificación de mercancías peligrosas, conforme a los criterios establecidos.
  • Registrar en los formatos definidos los datos de cada revisión, las observaciones y las incidencias detectadas.
  • Elaborar reportes claros de los hallazgos para dar visibilidad al equipo responsable.
  • Reportar oportunamente daños, etiquetas faltantes o posibles incumplimientos; canalizar dudas técnicas al equipo responsable de DG.
  • Apoyar el seguimiento de las observaciones y acciones correctivas mediante nuevas revisiones y actualización de registros.
  • Alcance: puesto operativo en campo; aplica criterios establecidos y documenta hallazgos. Las validaciones técnicas especializadas se escalan al equipo responsable. 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Tecnico o carrera Universitaria.
  • Experiencia: de 1 a 3 años en operaciones de almacén, logística, recepción de mercancía, inspección o actividades operativas similares.
  • Conocimientos básicos de mercancías peligrosas (DG); no se requiere un perfil de alta especialización normativa.
  • Deseable experiencia en revisión de empaques y etiquetas.
  • Manejo básico de computadora y herramientas para capturar información y elaborar reportes.
  • Atención al detalle, organización, seguimiento de procedimientos y comunicación clara de hallazgos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial y recorridos en piso exclusivamente en MEX5, Tepotzotlán, de forma ocasional puede realizar auditorías en instalaciones u operaciones del cliente en el área metropolitana reembolsando los gastos de comida y transporte previo acuerdo.
  • Extras: Experiencia en análisis de datos.
