Ejecutivo de Tráfico de Importación Terrestre

(Frontera Laredo, TX - Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas)

Objetivo General del Puesto

Coordinar y controlar el flujo operativo y documental de las operaciones de importación terrestre a través de la frontera Laredo / Nuevo Laredo, garantizando la recepción de mercancías en bodega de Laredo, la correcta modulación aduanera, la asignación eficiente de transfers, el despacho por puente internacional y la entrega oportuna al transporte nacional, cumpliendo con la normatividad vigente y los tiempos establecidos.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

A. Operación en Patios y Cruce de Puentes

  • Coordinar la recepción de mercancías y la revisión previa en bodegas ubicadas en Laredo, Texas.
  • Programar y dar seguimiento a los servicios de transfer y choferes de cruce entre Laredo, TX y Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
  • Monitorear el estatus de cruce de mercancías a través del Puente III (Comercio Mundial) y/o Puente Solidaridad (Colombia, Nuevo León).
  • Gestionar y verificar la correcta transmisión e impresión de DODA y PITA para la modulación ante el Sistema Automatizado Aduanero Integral.
  • Coordinar la asignación de transporte nacional (remolque o caja seca) para el traslado de mercancías hacia su destino final en México.
  • Dar seguimiento continuo a las operaciones de importación para asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega y servicio.

B. Gestión Documental y Normativa Aduanera

  • Revisar documentación de origen, incluyendo: Invoice Packing List Manifest / e-Manifest Bill of Lading terrestre Certificados de Origen In-Bonds
  • Administrar y controlar operaciones bajo esquemas de remesas y pedimentos consolidados para empresas IMMEX y maquiladoras.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de NOMs de información comercial y certificaciones requeridas antes de la llegada de los embarques.
  • Integrar, validar y mantener expedientes digitales aduaneros, incluyendo expediente de valoración aduanera y Manifestación de Valor.

Requisitos del Puesto

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Logística, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín.
  • La licenciatura es deseable; podrá considerarse experiencia comprobable reciente en el área aduanera como equivalente.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo de 1 a 2 años de experiencia reciente en operaciones de importación terrestre a través de la aduana de Nuevo Laredo / Laredo.
  • Indispensable experiencia directa en frontera terrestre.
  • Se dará preferencia a candidatos que se mantengan actualmente activos dentro del sector aduanero o que cuenten con experiencia reciente continua, con el fin de asegurar conocimiento actualizado de las regulaciones, procesos y cambios normativos vigentes.

Conocimientos Técnicos Indispensables

  • Operación de la aduana de Nuevo Laredo y/o Colombia, incluyendo rutas de puente, tiempos de espera y criterios operativos locales.
  • Manejo de plataformas y herramientas aduaneras: PITA DODA VUCEM
  • Operación de: Embarques consolidados (LTL) Cargas completas (FTL) In-Bond (IT / T&E) Reexpedición de mercancías
  • Conocimiento de: Ley Aduanera Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior Tratado entre México, Estados Unidos y Canadá (T-MEC) Anexo 22
  • Dominio de sistemas de tráfico aduanal como: CASA SLAM InTrade Darwin o similares

Idiomas

  • Inglés intermedio.

Sueldo y Prestaciones

Sueldo

  • Rango salarial negociable de $18,000 a $21,500 MXN brutos mensuales.
  • Pagos semanales
  • El sueldo final será definido por el cliente de acuerdo con la experiencia, conocimientos y resultados del proceso de entrevistas.
