Especialista Funcional de Nómina – SAP SuccessFactors

  • Salario: $64,000 brutos mensuales.
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:30 pm.
  • Modalidad: Híbrido.
  • Ubicación: Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
  • Duración del proyecto: 6 meses.

Funciones principales:

  • Fungir como experto funcional de nómina y enlace entre las áreas de Recursos Humanos, Nómina, TI y el implementador de SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Entender los procesos, reglas, incidencias y conceptos de nómina para traducirlos en requerimientos funcionales que faciliten la configuración del sistema.
  • Acompañar al implementador de SAP, explicando cómo deben operar y reflejarse en el sistema los procesos de nómina de la organización.
  • Participar en la transición del sistema actual hacia SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Apoyar en el levantamiento, análisis y homologación de conceptos e incidencias de nómina.
  • Validar que los requerimientos funcionales hayan sido correctamente comprendidos y reflejados en la configuración realizada por el implementador.
  • Participar en pruebas funcionales, escenarios de nómina, validación de resultados y pruebas de aceptación del usuario.
  • Identificar diferencias entre la operación actual y la configuración propuesta, documentando desviaciones y necesidades de ajuste.
  • Apoyar en la revisión y documentación de procesos, políticas y procedimientos de nómina.
  • Asegurar que la transición contemple correctamente conceptos relacionados con nómina, IMSS, INFONAVIT, impuestos, incidencias, finiquitos y liquidaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento al desarrollo y avance funcional del proyecto en coordinación con las áreas involucradas.
  • La posición no será responsable de realizar la implementación técnica ni la configuración directa de SAP; estas actividades estarán a cargo de un implementador especializado. 

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en procesos de nómina; idealmente entre 4 y 5 años.
  • Experiencia sólida en cálculo, administración y conceptos de nómina.
  • Experiencia participando en al menos una transición, migración o implementación de un sistema de nómina hacia SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Conocimiento sólido y práctico de SAP SuccessFactors aplicado a procesos de nómina.
  • Capacidad para comprender el lenguaje y la lógica funcional de SAP y comunicarse efectivamente con consultores e implementadores.
  • Capacidad para traducir conceptos, reglas de negocio e incidencias de nómina en requerimientos funcionales para la configuración del sistema.
  • Conocimiento de IMSS, INFONAVIT, impuestos, finiquitos, liquidaciones y legislación laboral aplicable.
  • Experiencia en levantamiento de procesos, documentación, pruebas funcionales, validación de resultados y seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Habilidades de análisis, comunicación, organización, seguimiento, solución de problemas y coordinación entre áreas. 
  • Inglés Intermedio.
