Gerente de Servicio Técnico

Requisitos:

*Escolaridad: Ingeniero "Titulado"

*Indispensable dominio del idioma Inglés Avanzado (conversaciones fluidas)

*Se requiere tenga experiencia mínima de 7 años como Gerente de servicio técnico (No como Gerente de mantenimiento de una planta) sino como Gerente de servicio, gestionando servicios de instalación, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de máquinas o equipos industriales en sitio con diversos clientes.

*Conocimientos en relacionamiento con clientes, supervisión de personal (ingenieros de servicio), control y seguimiento de incidencias, control de presupuesto y gastos de los servicios, gestión y administración de los contratos de servicio, desarrollo de proveedores, habilidades de negociación. Conozca bien de "cumplimiento de nivel de servicio", seguimiento y análisis de indicadores KPIS, muy orientado a la satisfacción de clientes, manejo de P&L., mejora continua, incrementar eficiencia operativa en servicios.

*Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente

*Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 6 pm

Responsabilidades:

*Gestión efectiva de la relación con los clientes. *Manejo y análisis del desempeño en la entrega del servicio. *Supervisión y liderazgo del equipo de ingenieros de servicio. *Seguimiento y solución de conflictos e incidencias. *Implementar mejoras y optimización del proceso de entrega de servicios. *Elaboración de presupuesto de gastos de entrega de servicio. *Controla el desempeño financiero del departamento de servicio. *Gestiona y administra los contratos de servicio para cada cliente. *Desarrollo de proveedores para la entrega de servicio.

Ofrecemos:

*Sueldo de $50,000 a $55,000 mensuales brutos
