Ingeniero NOC & SOC Jr – Presencial CDMX

¿Te interesa el monitoreo de infraestructura y la ciberseguridad? Únete a nuestro equipo como Ingeniero NOC&SOC en una empresa enfocada en la operación de servicios tecnológicos de alto impacto en Ciudad de México.

¿Cuál será tu objetivo?

Serás responsable del monitoreo proactivo de la infraestructura de red, sistemas y aplicaciones de clientes, así como de la detección de amenazas y análisis de vulnerabilidades, registrando y gestionando incidentes para minimizar el impacto en la operación del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

Registrar todas las interacciones de clientes en la herramienta de tickets, documentando y categorizando cada solicitud desde su inicio hasta su resolución o escalamiento.Monitorear proactivamente la infraestructura mediante herramientas corporativas, asegurando la disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.Detectar, investigar y responder en tiempo real ante incidentes de ciberseguridad, analizando alertas, evaluando amenazas, conteniéndolas y documentando las acciones.

Perfil buscado:

Licenciatura en Informática, Sistemas Computacionales, Telecomunicaciones, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.1 a 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares (NOC y/o SOC).Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de tickets (Service Now, SD ManageEngine, Freshdesk, etc.), monitoreo (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, etc.), consolas de seguridad (ISE, CES, Stealthwatch, etc.).Conocimiento sólido en ITIL, infraestructura y ciberseguridad.Conocimientos en CISCO deseable.Inglés técnico, enfocado en lectura y redacción de documentación.Manejo intermedio de sistemas operativos (Linux, Mac, Windows, Windows Server) y hardware de redes.

Condiciones laborales:

Ubicación: Ciudad de México (presencial).Jornada: Turnos rotativos 7x24 (incluyendo fines de semana y días de asueto)Turno diurno: 08:00 a 20:00 hrs., lunes-miércoles-viernes o martes-jueves-sábado (guardias 2 domingos al mes).Turno nocturno: 20:00 a 08:00 hrs., mismos esquemas rotativos.Turno matutino: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 17:00 hrs.Turno vespertino: Lunes a viernes de 12:00 a 21:00 hrs.Disponibilidad total de horario.Prestaciones de ley y plan de desarrollo profesional.Pago adicional para los días de guardia
