Implant Sr Reclutamiento

Salario: $38,000.00

Horario: Lunes a Viernes 09:00 A 18:00 con disponibilidad

Modalidad: Híbrido

Ubicación:  Tultepec, Estado de México

Proyecto: (Temporalidad): Por tiempo indeterminado.

Funciones principales:

Garantizar la calidad e integridad de la información del área mediante la validación, cruce y análisis de bases de datos de candidatos, empleados e indicadores.

  • Cruzar y validar bases de datos para detectar duplicados, inconsistencias o datos faltantes.
  • Revisar que los procesos de captura sigan los estándares definidos y generar alertas ante errores críticos.
  • Construir y mantener tableros de indicadores de reclutamiento (tiempos, fuentes, tasas de conversión).
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos con datos verificados para el equipo y dirección.
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de candidatos, empleados, proveedores e indicadores.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella en el funnel de reclutamiento a partir del análisis de datos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Sistemas, Psicología Organizacional o afines.
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, Reclutamiento o RH
  • Excel avanzado y Google Sheets (requerido).
  • SQL básico
  • Manejo de ATS (deseable).

Habilidades:

Competencias clave: atención al detalle, pensamiento analítico, orden y comunicación clara.
