  • Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 18:00 hrs
  • Ubicación: México – Autopista Lechería–Chamapa km 2.5, San Martín Obispo, 54769, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México
  • Salario bruto mensual: $9,451.20

Funciones principales

  • Captura de datos en Excel y en sistema
  • Integración de informes de daños de producto
  • Llenado y recepción de acuses de recibo
  • Recepción y escaneo de documentación
  • Tracking de trámites con penalidad aplicada por incumplimiento
  • Aclaraciones con Carriers y CRC
  • Retornos de equipos móviles improcedentes
  • Seguimiento para documentar y entregar evidencias para generar RMA o solicitar baja de penalidad
  • Armado y envío de paquetes (producto a cliente)
  • Recepción y revisión de reportes técnicos de producto

Requisitos

  • Bachillerato concluido
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como capturista o auxiliar administrativo
  • Manejo básico de Word, Excel y PDF
  • Conocimiento básico de Excel
  • Familiarización con el uso del teclado
  • Buena ortografía y redacción
