Empresa Internacional del sector Automotriz (Tenneco - Federal Mogul) solicita:

Production Planner

(experiencia en la industria automotriz)

Requisitos:

*Ingeniería Industrial, mecatrónica o afín (carrera terminada o Titulado)

*Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes, de 8 am a 5 pm (con disponibilidad)

*Indispensable tenga conocimientos en manejo de SAP

*Excel avanzado, análisis de datos y métricas *Indispensable viva cerca del Parque Industrial Querétaro o tenga automóvil para trasladarse sin problema al trabajo.

*Indispensable dominio del idioma INGLÉS AVANZADO

  • Conocimientos en procesos de manufactura más actuales en el ramo automotriz
  • Conocimiento básico de las normas de Calidad IATF 16949 e ISO14001
  • Conocimiento de interpretación de planos de producto.
  • Capacidad de análisis
  • Resolución de problemas
  • Conocimiento en 5’s y principios LEAN
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Planificación y control de inventarios
  • Uso de herramientas de análisis de producción

*Experiencia comprobable mínima de 3 años como Planificador de la producción en la industria automotriz.

Actividades:

  • Elaboración y actualización de planes de producción en SAP.
  • Según el pedido del cliente, ser responsable de realizar el programa de producción para la línea de producción asignada y garantizar la entrega a tiempo
  • Entrada de pedidos de venta - En relación con el pedido del cliente, carga masiva del pedido de venta en el sistema SAP.
  • Elaborar el programa de producción para establecer la secuencia y el plazo de entrega de cada operación para cumplir las fechas de envío según los pedidos de los clientes.
  • Coordinación con proveedores y Logística
  • Analizar las necesidades de recursos (inventario RM, capacidad de las máquinas).
  • Monitoreo de indicadores clave de producción KPI´s.
  • En función del estado del material recibido, ajustar el plan de producción diario para satisfacer la demanda de los clientes.
  • Seguir el progreso de la producción.
  • Ajustar rápidamente los programas de producción para los pedidos urgentes.
  • Emitir el viajero y la etiqueta al taller sin ningún impacto desfavorable en la producción.
  • Optimizar la capacidad de las máquinas entre la planta central y la planta radial para controlar las horas extraordinarias.
  • Responder a las consultas de los miembros del equipo con prontitud.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de producción e ingeniería para comprender mejor el estado de las máquinas y los operadores
  • Actividad para el Servicio de Atención al Cliente
  • Solución de problemas en tiempo real
  • Responsable de cumplir con las disposiciones y regulaciones de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad e Higiene.
  • Debe ser capaz de entender los peligros que están asociados a su posición y como minimizarlos. Todos los accidentes/lesiones deben ser reportados inmediatamente a cualquier miembro del staff y/o al Gerente de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad e Higiene lo más pronto posible. Puede ser requerido de utilizar equipo de protección personal en el desempeño de sus labores.
  • Responsable de adherirse a la política de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad e Higiene de Querétaro y apoyada por el Staff, cumplir con los requerimientos legales y otros requerimientos operacionales establecidos bajo el Sistema de Gestión de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad e Higiene.
