Project Manager-Inglés avanzado

Buscamos un(a) Project Manager altamente organizado(a) y orientado(a) a resultados para liderar proyectos digitales de principio a fin. Será responsable de coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, gestionar cronogramas, mitigar riesgos y asegurar la implementación exitosa de soluciones que impulsen la eficiencia y los objetivos del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades

Gestión de Proyectos

  • Liderar el ciclo completo de los proyectos de e-commerce, desde la conceptualización y planeación hasta la ejecución, implementación y lanzamiento.

Planeación y Coordinación

  • Definir el alcance, objetivos, entregables y tiempos de cada proyecto.
  • Elaborar y mantener cronogramas detallados y planes de trabajo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

Gestión de Equipos

  • Coordinar y motivar equipos internos y externos.
  • Asignar tareas y asegurar que todos los integrantes comprendan claramente sus funciones y responsabilidades.

Comunicación

  • Actuar como punto central de contacto entre todos los stakeholders involucrados.
  • Proporcionar actualizaciones periódicas sobre el avance de los proyectos a la alta dirección y a los equipos correspondientes.

Gestión de Riesgos

  • Identificar, analizar y mitigar de manera proactiva los riesgos y obstáculos que puedan afectar el éxito de los proyectos.

Análisis y Optimización

  • Utilizar datos e indicadores para evaluar el desempeño de los proyectos.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora continua y asegurar que las soluciones implementadas aumenten la eficiencia operativa.

Requisitos

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín. (Pasante o titulado)

Experiencia

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia comprobable como Project Manager, preferentemente en empresas de e-commerce o del sector tecnológico.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Dominio de metodologías de gestión de proyectos como Agile, Scrum y/o Kanban.
  • Experiencia con plataformas de e-commerce como Shopify, Magento o Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Jira, Asana o Trello.

Habilidades

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Fuerte orientación a resultados.
  • Habilidad para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y de ritmo acelerado.

Deseable

  • Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos como PMP, CSM o similares.

Idiomas

  • Inglés avanzado obligatorio (nivel B2-C1) para la comunicación con equipos internacionales.

Ubicación y Horario

Ubicación:

General Mariano Escobedo, Col. Anzures, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11590, Ciudad de México, México.

Modalidad: Presencial

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:30 horas.

Oferta Económica

Sueldo Bruto Mensual: $44,000 MXN
