Estamos en búsqueda de un Reclutador Especializado

  • Salario: $19,000 brutos mensuales
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 9am a 6:15 pm. y Sábado 9am a 1 pm
  • Modalidad: Presencial
  • Ubicación: Tultitlán, Estado de México.
  • Proyecto: Contrato de 6 meses

Objetivo:

Atraer, evaluar y contratar talento operativo, técnico y especializado para garantizar la continuidad de la operación de manufactura de neumáticos, cumpliendo tiempos de cobertura, estándares de calidad en la contratación y buscando disminuir la rotación durante los primeros meses de ingreso.

Funciones principales:

  • Cubrir oportunamente las vacantes asignadas.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento en campo y medios digitales.
  • Publicar vacantes en distintas bolsas de empleo y realizar filtros curriculares.
  • Realizar entrevistas iniciales y por competencias.
  • Validar referencias laborales y coordinar evaluaciones psicométricas.
  • Integrar expedientes y dar seguimiento al proceso de contratación.
  • Coordinar el ingreso de nuevos colaboradores con el área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Mantener una cartera activa de candidatos.
  • Elaborar reportes diarios y semanales de indicadores.
  • Brindar seguimiento a los candidatos durante todo el proceso de ingreso.
  • Implementar acciones para optimizar los tiempos de cobertura.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura concluida en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.
  • Deseable contar con diplomado o certificación en Reclutamiento por Competencias.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento dentro del sector manufacturero, preferentemente en la industria automotriz, manufactura pesada, hule y plástico, metalmecánica o consumo.
  • Experiencia reclutando perfiles como: Operadores de producción, Ayudantes generales, Montacarguistas, Técnicos de mantenimiento, Electromecánicos, Instrumentistas, Mecánicos industriales, Inspectores de calidad, Supervisores de producción, Personal administrativo.

Habilidades:

  • Reclutamiento masivo, especializado y de campo.
  • Manejo de plataformas como Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, LinkedIn Recruiter y Facebook.
  • Ejecución de campañas digitales, ferias de empleo, intercambio de cartera, volanteo, posteo y módulos de reclutamiento.
  • Gestión de convenios con bolsas municipales de empleo.
  • Interpretación de perfiles técnicos.
  • Entrevistas por competencias y aplicación de pruebas psicométricas.
  • Integración de expedientes y documentación laboral.
  • Seguimiento de indicadores de reclutamiento.
  • Excel intermedio y manejo deseable de ATS.
