Vendedor de Campo - Industria alimenticia y farmacéutica

  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Modalidad: Remoto (en campo).
  • Ubicación: Ciudad de México.
  • Salario bruto mensual: $18,000 MXN.

Propósito del puesto:

Buscamos a una persona joven, con energía y orientada a la acción.

para atender cuentas estratégicas de la división de Alimentos y Bebidas y prospectar cuentas nuevas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Visitar y dar seguimiento a cuentas estratégicas de A&B; junto con el responsable de la cuenta.
  • Levantar necesidades en planta, coordinar demostraciones de equipo y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones.
  • Prospectar cuentas nuevas en CDMX y zona metropolitana: llamadas, visitas y generación de oportunidades.
  • Registrar actividad y oportunidades en CRM y reportar avance semanal.
  • Dar seguimiento a la cobranza de su cartera.

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Experiencia 0 a 2 años en ventas, atención a clientes B2B o roles comerciales
  • Licencia de manejo vigente · disponibilidad para trabajo de campo diario en CDMX y área metropolitana.
  • Excel intermedio
  • Uso de CRM o disposición a aprender
  • Experiencia 0 a 2 años en ventas, atención a clientes B2B o roles comerciales
  • Licenciatura o ingeniería: industrial, alimentos, química, mercadotecnia o administración. (contacto con áreas de producción, farmaceutica).
  • Perfil: Actitud, desempeño
  • Trato con clientes / resolución de problemas
  • Montacargas, plantas electricas, experiencia de venta de maquinaria a la industria (indirectos).
  • Deseable: Manejo de CRM - Salesforce / Contacto previo con plantas industriales o de alimentos; conocimiento básico de buenas prácticas de manufactura e higiene.

Aptitudes y habilidades:

  • Orientación a la acción e iniciativa: sale a campo, da seguimiento y no espera instrucciones.
  • Disciplina comercial: organiza su semana, cumple con actividad de prospección y registra lo que hace.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje: interés por entender producto técnico y aplicaciones en planta.
  • Presencia profesional y comunicación: capaz de estar frente a cuentas grandes acompañando al
  • responsable.
  • Resiliencia: tolera el rechazo propio de la prospección.

Ofrecemos:

  • Comisión asegurada: $5,000 MXN mensuales durante los primeros 6 meses
  • Comisiones: 2% sobre venta facturada de Floor Care y 4% sobre venta facturada de IVACS.
  • Bono Trimestral: $30,000 MXN al alcanzar el 100% de la meta del trimestre.
  • El plan de comisiones y bonos está sujeto a la política vigente de la
  • empresa.

  • Vales de despensa (10% del salario, con tope legal)
