ANALISTA ADMINISTRATIVO COMERCIAL

Atuará na estruturação, organização e acompanhamento dos processos administrativos e comerciais das Unidades de Ensino, garantindo a padronização das rotinas, a eficiência operacional e o alcance dos resultados estabelecidos.

Será responsável por apoiar a implantação de sistemas e ferramentas, organizar modelos e fluxos contratuais, estruturar e acompanhar o processo de matrículas, monitorar indicadores de desempenho e acompanhar os resultados das unidades em parceria com suas coordenações.

Também atuará de forma integrada com o Marketing na elaboração e execução de ações estratégicas que contribuam para a captação de novos alunos, o fortalecimento das unidades e o crescimento do negócio.

Principais responsabilidades e atividades

  • Organizar, revisar e acompanhar todas as etapas do processo de matrícula, desde o primeiro contato do interessado até a efetivação da matrícula, garantindo clareza nos fluxos, agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar padrões de atendimento, mensagens, scripts, orientações e fluxos de comunicação com potenciais alunos e famílias, buscando uma experiência consistente e alinhada ao posicionamento da empresa.
  • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais de cada unidade, elaborar relatórios e análises, acompanhar o cumprimento das metas e dos planos de ação, identificar dificuldades e cobrar prazos e encaminhamentos para garantir a execução das estratégias.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe de Marketing na elaboração e execução de campanhas, eventos, ações de relacionamento e estratégias de captação, propondo iniciativas adequadas à realidade de cada unidade.
  • Apoiar a implantação de novos sistemas e ferramentas nas unidades, participando do levantamento de necessidades, organização das informações, definição dos fluxos, testes, treinamento dos envolvidos e acompanhamento da utilização.
  • Estruturar, documentar e manter atualizados procedimentos, fluxos de trabalho, modelos de documentos e contratos, contribuindo para a organização e uniformidade das práticas entre as unidades.
  • Identificar gargalos nos processos administrativos e comerciais, avaliar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções que aumentem a produtividade, a qualidade do atendimento e a eficiência das unidades.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais, Marketing, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação na área será um diferencial.
  • Experiência no segmento educacional.
  • Habilidade com indicadores, metas, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de planos de ação.
  • Desejável experiência em processos de vendas, atendimento ao cliente, matrículas ou relacionamento com clientes.
  • Vivência com estruturação e padronização de processos, implantação de sistemas ou melhoria de fluxos operacionais.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Pacote office nível intermediário.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e sistemas de gestão.
