Responsabilidades e atribuições: Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas, operacionais e comerciais da VIRAE, atuando na organização dos processos internos, apoio aos sócios, atendimento a clientes, parceiros e fornecedores, além de contribuir para o desenvolvimento comercial e a execução dos projetos e eventos da empresa.

No dia a dia, você irá:

* Realizar prospecção e contato com clientes, patrocinadores, parceiros e fornecedores.

* Apresentar institucionalmente a empresa e seus projetos.

* Realizar atendimento comercial, qualificação de oportunidades e acompanhamento das negociações.

* Executar follow-up de propostas, reuniões e oportunidades de negócio.

* Atualizar o CRM e os controles comerciais.

* Apoiar a elaboração de propostas, contratos e demais documentos comerciais.

* Organizar agendas, reuniões, documentos e arquivos da empresa.

* Controlar prazos, pendências e rotinas administrativas.

* Apoiar a elaboração e organização de contratos, propostas, orçamentos e demais documentos.

* Manter atualizados os controles administrativos e sistemas utilizados pela empresa.

* Auxiliar no planejamento, organização e execução administrativa dos eventos.

* Acompanhar fornecedores, cronogramas, checklists e demandas operacionais.

* Apoiar os processos de credenciamento, logística e encerramento administrativo dos projetos.

* Atender e direcionar demandas de clientes, parceiros e fornecedores.

* Garantir o acompanhamento das solicitações e a organização da comunicação da empresa.

* Auxiliar nos controles financeiros administrativos, organização de documentos, cobranças, prestação de contas e fechamento financeiro dos projetos.
