Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken

Als Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken houd je je bezig met een breed pakket aan werkzaamheden binnen Burgerzaken. Je verwerkt mutaties in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP), behandelt aangiften van de burgerlijke stand en beoordeelt uiteenlopende aanvragen en documenten. Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig aan de balie bij aanvragen voor reisdocumenten en rijbewijzen.

Je bent breed inzetbaar en kunt zelfstandig verschillende dossiers behandelen. Zorgvuldigheid en dienstverlening staan daarbij centraal. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen Burgerzaken/KCC en draagt bij aan een correcte en klantgerichte dienstverlening aan inwoners.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je verzorgt het berichtenverkeer binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Je verwerkt mutaties in de BRP, waaronder verhuizingen en wijzigingen in de burgerlijke staat;
  • Je behandelt aangiften van de burgerlijke stand;
  • Je beoordeelt aanvragen voor briefadressen;
  • Je verwerkt eerste inschrijvingen in de BRP;
  • Je neemt brondocumenten aan en beoordeelt deze;
  • Je beantwoordt uiteenlopende vragen van inwoners op het gebied van Burgerzaken;
  • Je voert adresonderzoeken uit;
  • Je neemt aanvragen voor naturalisatie en optieprocedures in behandeling;
  • Je behandelt huwelijksdossiers;
  • Je verricht waar nodig loketwerkzaamheden;
  • Je behandelt incidenteel aan de balie aanvragen voor paspoorten, identiteitskaarten en rijbewijzen;
  • Je ondersteunt het team bij overige voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen Burgerzaken.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken (harde eis);
  • Je bent aantoonbaar in het bezit van Diploma Burgerzaken NVVB module 1 (harde eis);
  • Aanvullende NVVB-modules 2, 3 en 4 zijn een pré;
  • Minimaal 4 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken is een pré;
  • Ervaring met Centric Burgerzaken in de afgelopen 5 jaar is een pré;
  • Ervaring met Decos Join in de afgelopen 5 jaar is een pré;
  • Ervaring met het afhandelen van berichtenverkeer is een pré;
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van adresonderzoeken is een pré;
  • Het is een voordeel wanneer je benoemd bent als Ambtenaar Burgerlijke Stand;
  • Je werkt integer, secuur en zorgvuldig;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet inwoners op een professionele manier te helpen;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en functioneert tegelijkertijd goed binnen een team.
