Senior Beleidsadviseur Wmo

Als Senior Beleidsadviseur Wmo ben je een inhoudelijke expert binnen het sociaal domein. Je volgt relevante trends en ontwikkelingen, vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar beleid en adviseert over uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom de Wmo. Daarbij werk je aan beleid dat eraan bijdraagt dat inwoners passend kunnen wonen en volwaardig kunnen deelnemen aan de samenleving.

Je beweegt je gemakkelijk binnen een complex bestuurlijk en maatschappelijk speelveld en werkt nauw samen met beleidsadviseurs, uitvoering, bedrijfsvoering en externe partners. Je brengt structuur aan in beleidsprocessen, legt verbindingen tussen verschillende vraagstukken en weet inhoudelijke ontwikkelingen om te zetten in heldere en overtuigende beleidsvoorstellen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je signaleert en analyseert trends, ontwikkelingen en wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving binnen het sociaal domein en specifiek de Wmo;
  • Je ontwikkelt scherpe en goed onderbouwde beleidsvoorstellen;
  • Je organiseert een gestructureerd proces en een duidelijke planning rondom de ontwikkeling van beleid;
  • Je werkt intensief samen met partners, beleidsadviseurs, bedrijfsvoering en de uitvoering;
  • Je legt verbanden tussen verschillende beleidsuitdagingen en zorgt dat deze aansluiten bij de bredere visie binnen het sociaal domein;
  • Je stelt verordeningen op en zorgt voor een goede inhoudelijke afstemming;
  • Je zorgt voor aansluiting van beleid op de P&C-cyclus;
  • Je ondersteunt en adviseert de ambtelijk beleidsadviseurs van de opdrachtgevende gemeenten;
  • Je neemt deel aan relevante bijeenkomsten en vertegenwoordigt de organisatie binnen verschillende samenwerkingsverbanden;
  • Je stimuleert innovatie en vertaalt nieuwe ontwikkelingen naar kansen voor beleid en uitvoering;
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk binnen het bestuurlijke, ambtelijke en maatschappelijke speelveld.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of academische opleiding of aantoonbaar vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau (harde eis);
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare en recente werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (harde eis);
  • Je beschikt over brede en actuele kennis van ontwikkelingen binnen het sociaal domein, met specifieke kennis van de Wmo (harde eis);
  • Je hebt ervaring met opereren en netwerken binnen een complex bestuurlijk, ambtelijk en maatschappelijk speelveld (harde eis);
  • Ervaring binnen een gemeenschappelijke regeling en kennis van de bijbehorende dynamiek is een pré;
  • Je hebt een goed gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je bent in staat om complexe inhoud te vertalen naar heldere en overtuigende beleidsvoorstellen;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, vernieuwend en resultaatgericht;
  • Je weet collega’s en samenwerkingspartners mee te nemen in ontwikkelingen en veranderingen.
