Consulent Leefgeld Oekraïne

Als Consulent Leefgeld Oekraïne draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige en rechtmatige uitvoering van de regelingen voor Oekraïense ontheemden. Je beoordeelt aanvragen voor leefgeld, voert heronderzoeken uit en stelt vast welke eigen bijdrage van toepassing is. Daarbij beoordeel je onder andere inkomsten, vermogen, verblijfsstatus en woonsituatie.

Je combineert kennis van rechtmatigheid met een sterk cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht. Je legt jouw bevindingen en besluiten zorgvuldig vast en onderhoudt contact met inwoners en ketenpartners over de uitvoering van de regelingen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je beoordeelt aanvragen voor leefgeld en zorgt voor een rechtmatige en tijdige afhandeling;
  • Je voert heronderzoeken uit naar het recht op leefgeld;
  • Je controleert onder andere de verblijfsstatus, inkomsten, het vermogen en de woonsituatie van inwoners;
  • Je signaleert en onderzoekt mogelijke afwijkingen aan de hand van beschikbare gegevens en IB-signalen;
  • Je stelt draagkrachtberekeningen op voor het bepalen van de eigen bijdrage;
  • Je zorgt voor een juiste verwerking van de eigen bijdrage;
  • Je legt besluiten en bevindingen zorgvuldig en volledig vast;
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke inhoudelijke onderbouwing van je beoordelingen;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met Oekraïense ontheemden en verstrekt informatie over hun rechten en verplichtingen;
  • Je stemt waar nodig af met betrokken ketenpartners;
  • Je werkt met applicaties zoals Suite4SD en Suwinet;
  • Je draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige en rechtmatige uitvoering van de regelingen voor Oekraïense ontheemden.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een sociaal-juridische richting;
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring als Rechtmatigheidsconsulent, Inkomensconsulent of in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Ervaring met de uitvoering van regelingen voor Oekraïense ontheemden is een pré;
  • Je hebt ervaring met applicaties zoals Suite4SD en Suwinet;
  • Je beschikt over sterk cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht;
  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal voldoende om gesprekken te voeren met Oekraïense ontheemden;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig;
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet informatie op een duidelijke manier over te brengen;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers beoordelen en tot een afgewogen oordeel komen;
  • Je hebt oog voor rechtmatigheid en weet wet- en regelgeving zorgvuldig toe te passen.
