Klantmanager Werk

Als Klantmanager Werk begeleid je bijstandsgerechtigden richting maatschappelijke participatie of duurzaam werk. Je kijkt samen met de klant naar mogelijkheden, stimuleert ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een passend traject waarbij duurzame stappen centraal staan.

Je voert intakegesprekken, begeleidt en motiveert klanten en houdt de regie wanneer externe partijen worden ingezet. Daarbij werk je onder andere volgens het Integratief Gedragsmodel (IGM) en Stress-sensitieve Dienstverlening (SSD).

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Voeren van intakegesprekken met nieuwe klanten, samen met de Klantmanager Inkomen;
  • Begeleiden, motiveren en stimuleren van klanten richting maatschappelijke participatie of duurzaam werk;
  • Werken volgens het Integratief Gedragsmodel (IGM) en Stress-sensitieve Dienstverlening (SSD);
  • In kaart brengen van mogelijkheden en belemmeringen van klanten binnen de Participatiewet;
  • Inschakelen van externe partijen wanneer aanvullende ondersteuning nodig is;
  • Voeren van regie op ingekochte trajecten en bewaken van de voortgang;
  • Rapporteren over trajecten en ontwikkelingen;
  • Opstellen en verwerken van beschikkingen in Suite;
  • Samenwerken en kennis delen met collega’s;
  • Meedenken en deelnemen aan werkgroepen en projecten.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 7 jaar als Klantmanager Werk bij een gemeente of gemeenschappelijke regeling (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het begeleiden, motiveren en stimuleren van de doelgroep van de Participatiewet (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met het voeren van intakegesprekken is een pré;
  • Ervaring met begeleiding volgens het Integratief Gedragsmodel (IGM) en/of Stress-sensitieve Dienstverlening (SSD) is een pré;
  • Ervaring met Suite is een pré;
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet anderen op een positieve manier te motiveren;
  • Je bent creatief en denkt in mogelijkheden en passende oplossingen;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega’s en externe partners;
  • Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht en houdt overzicht over je caseload en trajecten;
  • Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
