Junior Accountmanager Sociaal Domein

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, maak je gemakkelijk contact met mensen en wil je jezelf ontwikkelen tot Accountmanager? Dan bieden wij je de mogelijkheid om het vak bij ons te leren.

We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je initiatief neemt, communicatief sterk bent en het leuk vindt om relaties op te bouwen. Je wordt meegenomen in onze werkwijze en leert stap voor stap hoe arbeidsbemiddeling binnen het sociaal domein werkt.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Leren hoe je contacten met bestaande opdrachtgevers onderhoudt;
  • Contact leggen met nieuwe en bestaande klanten;
  • Meegaan naar klantgesprekken en deze uiteindelijk zelfstandig voeren;
  • Leren hoe je commerciële kansen en personeelsbehoeften bij opdrachtgevers herkent;
  • Samen met onze recruiters bekijken welke professionals aansluiten bij openstaande vacatures;
  • Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en gedetacheerde professionals;
  • Ondersteunen bij sollicitatie- en plaatsingsprocessen;
  • Leren hoe offertes, tarieven, contracten en afspraken binnen detachering werken;
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van afspraken en plaatsingen;
  • Steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen over eigen opdrachtgevers en vacatures;
  • Je verdiepen in het sociaal domein en onderwerpen als Wmo, Participatiewet en Schuldhulpverlening.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Minimaal een afgerond mbo-niveau 4-diploma;
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en stapt gemakkelijk op mensen af;
  • Je hebt commerciële aanleg en vindt het leuk om relaties op te bouwen;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en wilt graag een nieuw vak leren;
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat je moet doen;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken en staat open voor feedback;
  • Je houdt overzicht en kunt omgaan met een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Ervaring in sales, recruitment, klantenservice of een andere commerciële functie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste;

Over Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein

Bij Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein verbinden we professionals met gemeenten en andere organisaties binnen het sociaal domein. We hebben expertise op het gebied van onder andere Wmo, Participatiewet en Schuldhulpverlening.

Je hoeft die wereld bij binnenkomst nog niet volledig te kennen. We vinden het belangrijker dat je gemotiveerd bent om het vak te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je de kennis en begeleiding krijgt om uiteindelijk zelfstandig als Accountmanager aan de slag te gaan.
