Regievoerder Inburgering

Als Regievoerder Inburgering begeleid je inburgeraars gedurende hun volledige inburgeringstraject. Je brengt tijdens de intake de persoonlijke situatie en ondersteuningsbehoefte in kaart, maakt duidelijke afspraken over het traject en bewaakt vervolgens de voortgang.

Je stimuleert inwoners om actief aan hun inburgering en participatie te werken en onderhoudt daarbij nauw contact met collega’s en externe partners. Je werkt binnen het speelveld van de Wet inburgering en de Participatiewet en weet inwoners op een klantgerichte én duidelijke manier te begeleiden.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Uitvoeren van intakes en in kaart brengen van de situatie, hulpvraag en begeleidingsbehoefte van inburgeraars;
  • Regie voeren over individuele inburgeringstrajecten;
  • Opstellen van het Plan Inburgering en Participatie (PIP);
  • Maken van afspraken over het te volgen traject, de doelen en het bijbehorende tijdspad;
  • Begeleiden en stimuleren van inburgeraars bij het voldoen aan hun inburgeringsplicht;
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en waar nodig bijsturen van het traject;
  • Voeren van voortgangs- en boetegesprekken;
  • Waar nodig opleggen van sancties bij het niet naleven van de inburgeringsplicht;
  • Werken vanuit de Wet inburgering en de Participatiewet;
  • Onderhouden van actief contact met collega’s en externe samenwerkingspartners;
  • Zorgvuldig registreren en verwerken van gegevens in de daarvoor bestemde systemen en applicaties.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde relevante opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Klantmanager Inburgering binnen een sociale dienst;
  • Recente ervaring als Regievoerder Inburgering is een pré;
  • Recente en uitgebreide kennis van de Wet inburgering en de Participatiewet is een pré;
  • Ervaring met Suite4Werk/Suite is een pré;
  • Kennis van TVS, Portal Inburgering en Suwinet;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Beheersing van de Arabische taal is een pré;
  • Kennis van de huidige inburgeringsmarkt;
  • Affiniteit met het begeleiden van inburgeraars;
  • Je bent klantgericht en stressbestendig en beschikt over overtuigingskracht;
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kunt zelfstandig regie voeren over je caseload;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega’s en externe partners.
