Projectmanager Inzicht en Impact – Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire

Als Projectmanager Inzicht en Impact werk je binnen een maatschappelijk belangrijk programma gericht op herstel en vertrouwen voor gedupeerden van de Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire. Je brengt de voortgang van de brede ondersteuning in kaart en maakt inzichtelijk welke impact deze ondersteuning heeft op het leven van inwoners. Tegelijkertijd onderzoek je waar dienstverlening en processen verder kunnen worden verbeterd.

Je vertaalt programmadoelen naar concrete acties, bewaakt resultaten en verbindt beleid, uitvoering en samenwerkingspartners. Daarbij weet je resultaatgericht werken te combineren met de bedoeling van het programma: inwoners zorgvuldig ondersteunen bij herstel op verschillende leefgebieden.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Opzetten, uitvoeren en begeleiden van het project Inzicht en Impact;
  • Inzichtelijk maken en bewaken van de voortgang van het programma;
  • In kaart brengen van de impact van de brede ondersteuning op het leven van inwoners;
  • Opzetten en gebruiken van rapportages en dashboards om resultaten en ontwikkelingen inzichtelijk te maken;
  • Signaleren waar dienstverlening, processen en ondersteuning anders of beter kunnen;
  • Vertalen van programmalijnen en doelstellingen naar concrete projectplannen en acties;
  • Bewaken van planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten;
  • Signaleren van risico’s, knelpunten en kansen en hier proactief op sturen;
  • Verbinden van verschillende projecten en programmalijnen binnen het programma;
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen en lokale en landelijke samenwerkingspartners;
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, resultaten en impact aan de programmamanager;
  • Bijdragen aan de overgang van brede ondersteuning naar reguliere hulpverlening;
  • Meewerken aan bestuurlijke stukken, besluitvorming en communicatie;
  • Bijdragen aan structurele verbeteringen in dienstverlening en werkprocessen.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Bestuurskunde, Bedrijfskunde, Social Work of vergelijkbaar;
  • Aantoonbare relevante ervaring met het opzetten van rapportages en dashboards binnen een maatschappelijke context;
  • Ervaring met complexe maatschappelijke vraagstukken en/of overheidsprogramma’s bij een gemeente;
  • Ervaring met regievoering, stakeholdermanagement en samenwerking met verschillende interne en externe partijen;
  • Ervaring met werken binnen een bestuurlijke omgeving is een pré;
  • Je kunt programmadoelstellingen vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten;
  • Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering;
  • Je bent analytisch en weet informatie te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten en verbetermogelijkheden;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en bewaakt tegelijkertijd de maatschappelijke bedoeling van het programma;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt effectief schakelen met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Je werkt proactief, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en komt zelfstandig met voorstellen;
  • Je woont op maximaal 30 tot 45 minuten reisafstand van Almere.
