Regisseur Schuldhulpverlening

Als Regisseur Schuldhulpverlening begeleid jij inwoners met schulden van A tot Z. Je pakt dossiers zelfstandig op en zorgt voor een integrale aanpak, waarbij je niet alleen kijkt naar de financiële situatie, maar ook naar de achterliggende problematiek.

Je werkt binnen een integrale uitvoeringsorganisatie en schakelt veel met interne collega’s en externe ketenpartners. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces: van intake tot en met afronding en nazorg.

Je bent iemand die direct zelfstandig kan instappen, overzicht houdt en stevig in zijn of haar rol staat.

Wat je gaat doen:

Je begeleidt inwoners binnen het volledige schuldhulpverleningstraject. Per opdracht kunnen de werkzaamheden verschillen, maar je kunt denken aan:

  • Het voeren van intakegesprekken en opstellen van integrale plannen van aanpak
  • Het uitvoeren en bewaken van het volledige traject (van A tot Z)
  • Het begeleiden van stabilisatiefases
  • Het opvragen van vorderingen bij schuldeisers
  • Het onderhandelen met schuldeisers
  • Het berekenen van de aflossingscapaciteit
  • Het voeren van coaching- en voortgangsgesprekken
  • Het doorverwijzen naar ketenpartners en monitoren van de voortgang
  • Het opstellen van WSNP-verzoekschriften
  • Het uitvoeren van hercontroles
  • Het afstemmen met interne en externe samenwerkingspartners
  • Het bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het team

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als allround schuldhulpverlener
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen een NVVK-organisatie
  • Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z oppakken
  • Kennis van systemen zoals Stratech Perspectief, Suite en Suwinet is een pré
  • Je weet de balans te houden tussen empathie en zakelijkheid
  • Je bent proactief, assertief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je durft grenzen te stellen en houdt regie

Wij bieden:

  • Een functie voor 28–36 uur per week.
  • Een salaris volgens de gemeente CAO, schaal 9.
  • Een dynamische werkomgeving binnen het sociaal domein waarin je direct impact maakt.
  • Hybride werken is mogelijk, waarbij je circa 75% op kantoor werkt.
