Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie erstellen und analysieren Reports, KPIs und Sales-Performances und machen daraus Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Sie verantworten Budget und Forecast inklusive Budgetüberwachung und Reporting
  • Sie haben unsere wirtschaftliche Entwicklung im Blick – von Umsatz und Marge bis hin zu Kosten und Ergebnis
  • Sie erkennen Optimierungs- und Einsparpotenziale und begleiten deren Umsetzung
  • Sie unterstützen bei Monats-, Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen
  • Sie sind Business Partner für Management und Fachbereiche und bringen Ihre Perspektive aktiv ein
  • Sie entwickeln unser Gruppencontrolling und Reporting über unsere internationalen Gesellschaften hinweg weiter
  • Sie arbeiten mit Wirtschaftsprüfern im In- und Ausland und unterstützen bei Prüfungen und Audits
  • Sie entwickeln unsere Controllingprozesse und -systeme weiter und bringen Automatisierung, Power BI und KI sinnvoll ins Spiel

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finanzen, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Handelsumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Gruppen- oder Konzerncontrolling ist ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Power BI
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und Lust, neue Möglichkeiten für Analyse und Automatisierung auszuprobieren
  • Sie arbeiten hands-on, hinterfragen bestehende Abläufe und setzen Verbesserungen auch selbst um
  • Sie denken analytisch, strukturiert und unternehmerisch
  • Sie kommunizieren klar und arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und internationalen Kollegen zusammen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
