Als Einkäufer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Duisburg gestalten Sie unsere Beschaffung aktiv mit. Sie entwickeln Lieferantenbeziehungen, verhandeln attraktive Konditionen und erschließen neue Beschaffungsquellen – mit dem Ziel, Qualität, Kosten und Verfügbarkeit optimal miteinander zu verbinden.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Eigenständige Beschaffung von Handelswaren und weiteren Produkten inklusive Bestellabwicklung und Koordination der Einkaufsprozesse
  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Angebotseinholung und Preisverhandlungen sowie Optimierung von Einkaufskonditionen und Beschaffungskosten
  • Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Lieferanten und Beschaffungsquellen sowie Beobachtung relevanter Beschaffungsmärkte
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Lieferanten-, Artikel- und Preisdaten sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Logistik und Lager sowie Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, der Sortimentsentwicklung und der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise in einem Handelsunternehmen
  • Erfahrung im Einkauf von technischen, chemischen oder industriellen Produkten sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, sich in erklärungsbedürftige Produkte und Produktgruppen einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Lieferantenmanagement sowie im Einkauf und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten aus unterschiedlichen Ländern
  • Sicheres Verhandeln von Preisen, Konditionen und Lieferbedingungen sowie ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude daran, Einkaufsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln
