Als Executive Assistant (m/w/d) in Duisburg sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zum Vorstand und gestalten das operative und strategische Tagesgeschäft aktiv mit. Mit Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und einem Blick fürs Wesentliche bringen Sie Projekte voran, koordinieren wichtige Themen und sorgen dafür, dass auch international alles reibungslos läuft.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Vorstand zusammen und unterstützen ihn im operativen Tagesgeschäft – national wie international
  • Sie begleiten den Vorstand auf Geschäftsreisen und sind auch vor Ort eine wichtige Schnittstelle
  • Sie übernehmen eigene strategische und operative Projekte, treiben sie voran und bringen sie von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
  • Sie erstellen Präsentationen, Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen und bereiten komplexe Themen verständlich auf
  • Sie unterstützen den Vorstand bei internationalen HR-Themen und arbeiten dabei eng mit unseren europäischen Tochtergesellschaften zusammen
  • Sie steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit ausgewählten Dienstleistern
  • Sie organisieren Firmenveranstaltungen und Events und kümmern sich darum, dass aus der Planung ein gutes Erlebnis wird
  • Sie behalten Termine, To-dos und Prioritäten im Blick und bringen auch kurzfristige Themen zuverlässig ins Ziel

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in einer Assistenz-, Projektmanagement- oder vergleichbaren Schnittstellenrolle
  • Sie sind präsent, kommunikationsstark und souverän – auch im direkten Austausch mit Führungskräften und internationalen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sie denken mit, erkennen, was gebraucht wird, und packen proaktiv an, statt auf Ansagen zu warten
  • Sie schaffen Struktur, ohne starr zu sein – und bleiben auch dann souverän, wenn sich der Plan ändert
  • Sie erfassen komplexe Themen schnell, können sie auf den Punkt bringen und überzeugend präsentieren
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel sowie Bereitschaft zu internationalen Geschäftsreisen
  • Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Situationen
