Als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) am Standort Duisburg übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Finanzbuchhaltung. Sie verantworten die laufende Buchhaltung, erstellen eigenständig Monats-, Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse nach HGB und bringen Ihr Know-how bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen ein. Dabei arbeiten Sie selbstständig, gestalten Prozesse aktiv mit und haben die Möglichkeit, unsere Finanzbuchhaltung kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie verantworten die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und erfassen und verbuchen sämtliche Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Sie erstellen eigenständig Monats-, Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse nach HGB und sorgen für eine saubere und termingerechte Abwicklung
  • Sie buchen periodengerechte Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen und kümmern sich um Einzelwertberichtigungen und Abschreibungen
  • Sie übernehmen das Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement sowie die Bankbuchungen
  • Sie erstellen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und beantworten steuerliche und buchhalterische Fragestellungen
  • Sie stellen die verursachungsgerechte Zuordnung von Kosten zu Kostenstellen sicher
  • Sie bereiten gemeinsam mit HR die monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für die deutsche und dänische Gesellschaft zur Weitergabe an das Steuerbüro vor

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung/Bilanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Abschlusserstellung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzbuchhaltung und im HGB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und gängigen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Oracle JD Edwards
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und haben einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit
  • Sie arbeiten gerne eigenständig, denken mit und scheuen sich nicht davor, bei Bedarf selbst mit anzupacken
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Dinge besser und effizienter zu machen
