Als Head of Finance (m/w/d) verantworten Sie von unserem Standort in Duisburg den Finanzbereich unserer deutschen und dänischen Gesellschaften. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Finance-Team stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher, verantworten die gesamte Buchhaltung (Haupt-, Neben- & Anlagenbuchhaltung) und entwickeln unsere Finance-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung und den Finance-Verantwortlichen unserer europäischen Gesellschaften zusammen.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie verantworten den Finanzbereich unserer deutschen und dänischen Gesellschaften und arbeiten gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit
  • Sie führen das Finance-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch – bestehend aus zwei Accountants und einem Controller – und arbeiten eng mit dem Team im Tagesgeschäft zusammen
  • Sie verantworten die Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie Monats-, Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse nach HGB und stellen eine zuverlässige Finanzbuchhaltung sicher
  • Sie verantworten Budgetplanung, Forecasts, Liquiditätsplanung und betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen und schaffen damit eine fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung und den Finance-Verantwortlichen unserer europäischen Gesellschaften zusammen und sind Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Behörden
  • Sie verantworten die vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit HR für unsere deutschen und dänischen Gesellschaften
  • Sie entwickeln unsere Finance-Prozesse weiter, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und treiben Digitalisierung und Standardisierung voran

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzbuchhaltung und der Erstellung von Monats-, Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Sie verstehen die betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge hinter den Zahlen und bringen ein gutes Grundverständnis für Controlling mit
  • Erfahrung mit Budgetplanung, Forecasts, Liquiditätsplanung und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Oracle JD Edwards, sowie Microsoft Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analytisch und eigenverantwortlich und denken gleichzeitig unternehmerisch
  • Sie führen klar und auf Augenhöhe und packen selbst mit an, statt Aufgaben nur zu delegieren
  • Sie haben Lust, Prozesse zu hinterfragen, Dinge besser zu machen und Finance bei KENT aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
