Als Head of Sales verantwortest du die Umsetzung unserer global definierten Vertriebsstrategie für den deutschen Markt. Du verbindest strategische Steuerung mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Teams für die konsequente Erreichung unserer Vertriebsziele. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil deiner Aufgabe ist die enge Begleitung des Außendienstes: Durch Coaching im Tagesgeschäft und gezielte Mitarbeiterentwicklung stärkst du dein Team und schaffst die Grundlage für nachhaltigen Vertriebserfolg. Diese Verbindung aus strategischer Verantwortung und operativer Nähe macht die Position ebenso anspruchsvoll wie vielseitig.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du führst und entwickelst unser Vertriebsteam und schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen für nachhaltigen Vertriebserfolg.
  • Du begleitest unseren Außendienst regelmäßig im Feld, unterstützt bei anspruchsvollen Kundengesprächen und bringst Impulse aus dem Markt in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs ein.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Vertriebsstrategie weiter und stellst deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung im operativen Vertrieb sicher.
  • Du förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsorganisation, unserer Mitarbeiter und unserer Vertriebsprozesse.
  • Du identifizierst neue Marktpotenziale, erschließt strategisch relevante Kunden und baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Produktmanagement zusammen, um unsere Marktposition kontinuierlich auszubauen.
  • Du übernimmst die Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung und leitest aus Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen die richtigen strategischen Maßnahmen ab.

  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steuerung und Skalierung von Vertriebsteams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im B2B-Vertrieb und in der strategischen Markterschließung
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise und ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Führungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der betreuten Regionen
