Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) in Duisburg halten Sie unsere IT am Laufen und entwickeln sie kontinuierlich weiter. Von Servern und Netzwerken bis hin zu Microsoft-Systemen und IT-Sicherheit übernehmen Sie Verantwortung, lösen technische Herausforderungen und gestalten unsere internationale IT-Landschaft aktiv mit.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Zentrale Administration und Steuerung unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur einschließlich Server, Clients, Netzwerke und Systeme
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-Umgebung sowie der Hard- und Softwarelandschaft
  • Verantwortung für Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen, Zugriffsrechte und IT-Sicherheit
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und technischen Problemen sowie Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im Anwendersupport
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Systemverfügbarkeit, Datensicherung und IT-Sicherheit
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten und der Einführung neuer Systeme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten, externen IT-Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration bzw. IT-Administration
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365, Netzwerken und gängiger Hard- und Software
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Benutzern, Berechtigungen und IT-Systemen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Backup und Virtualisierung
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwendern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
