Als Product Manager (m/w/d) in Duisburg übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für unser Produktportfolio und gestalten dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit. Sie verbinden Einkauf, Vertrieb und Marketing, setzen neue Produktideen um und behalten dabei Markt, Kundenbedürfnisse und wirtschaftliche Ziele im Blick.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den verschiedenen Funktionen und Abteilungen und fördern die enge Zusammenarbeit – vom Einkauf bis zum Vertrieb
  • Sie verantworten Ihr Produktportfolio über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, optimieren das bestehende Sortiment und entwickeln innovationsgetriebene Produkte weiter
  • Sie erstellen Schulungen, Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Produktinformationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing- und Vertriebsteams
  • Sie begleiten Neuprodukteinführungen, Weiterentwicklungen, Sortimentsbereinigungen und Nachfolgeprodukte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Experten aus Einkauf und Beschaffung – einschließlich Reformulierungen und Substitutionen aufgrund regulatorischer Anforderungen und Nachhaltigkeitsziele
  • Sie verantworten die Umsatzentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Länderorganisationen und berücksichtigen dabei Pricing und Margen
  • Sie pflegen und verwalten Artikeldaten und stellen eine hohe Daten- und Produktqualität sicher
  • Sie führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leiten daraus relevante Impulse für unser Produktportfolio ab

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftschemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit technischen, chemischen oder industriellen Produkten, ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in erklärungsbedürftige Produkte und Produktgruppen einzuarbeiten
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, bringen Hands-on-Mentalität mit und kommunizieren sicher mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sie denken kaufmännisch und unternehmerisch, haben Ihre KPIs im Blick, berichten diese an Ihre Stakeholder und leiten daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
  • Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft mit
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
