En Keppri buscamos un Diseñador Procesos para diseñar e implementar soluciones para la transformación de los procesos para la gestión de Servicios para los Clientes, centradas en el cliente y haciendo uso de metodologías, técnicas y herramientas establecidas por el cliente, con el fin de asegurar que los procesos implementados se adhieran a la arquitectura de procesos especificada y a las capacidades de la operación inteligente, articulándose con los actores de las células donde participe.

Conocimiento en:

· Documentacion, Diseño y Mejoramiento de Procesos.

- Gestion de Proyectos.

· Metodologías Agiles.

· Herramientas BIZAGI o Microsoft Visio.

· Conocimientos en habilitadores digitales para el mejoramiento de procesos como RPA, Ineteligencia Artificial, Servicios y analitica de Datos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar modelos de procesos detallados para las soluciones desarrolladas en las células que participa.
  • Estabilizar la implementación de procesos en colaboración con áreas funcionales clave.
  • Aportar junto a los equipos de Diseño y Producto con el diseño de procesos que garanticen la entrega de valor en la experiencia al cliente o empleado.
  • Actualizar la caracterización de procesos a través de las transiciones arquitectónicas.
  • Liderar y fomentar la creación conjunta de experiencias de cliente y empleado en el diseño de procesos.
  • Implementar técnicas analíticas, de modelado y optimización para la optimización de procesos.
  • Apoyar estrategias de democratización del conocimiento dentro de la organización.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Mas de 5 años de experiencia comprobada en diseño y optimización de procesos.
