Sobre la Empresa: Somos una empresa de tecnología especializada en el end to end de activos digitales, que acompaña su oferta de staffing y fabrica de software con servicios de consultoría y tecnología que permiten escalar grandes transformaciones empresariales.

Buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Software con experiencia en inteligencia artificial agéntica para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas que integren agentes inteligentes, automatización avanzada y componentes de software escalables, alineados con necesidades de negocio y arquitectura empresarial.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones y servicios de software con capacidades de IA agéntica.
  • Implementar flujos de trabajo basados en agentes inteligentes, integraciones, lógica de negocio y automatización.
  • Construir e integrar APIs, servicios, microservicios y componentes backend/frontend según el alcance del proyecto.
  • Participar en el diseño técnico de soluciones orientadas a escalabilidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad.
  • Integrar modelos, herramientas de IA, motores de decisión y fuentes de información empresariales.
  • Asegurar calidad del código mediante pruebas, documentación y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Colaborar con equipos de arquitectura, datos, producto, procesos y negocio.
  • Identificar mejoras de desempeño, confiabilidad y evolución de las soluciones implementadas.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de software y construcción de soluciones empresariales.
  • Conocimiento en arquitectura de software, integración de servicios y desarrollo orientado a APIs.
  • Experiencia en implementación o consumo de soluciones de inteligencia artificial agéntica, agentes autónomos o asistentes inteligentes.
  • Manejo de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, versionamiento, pruebas y documentación técnica.
  • Capacidad para diseñar soluciones escalables, seguras y mantenibles.
  • Experiencia integrando componentes con sistemas corporativos, bases de datos y servicios externos.
  • Habilidad para traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas efectivas.
