Somos una empresa de tecnología especializada en el end to end de activos digitales, que acompaña su oferta de staffing y fabrica de software con servicios de consultoría y tecnología que permiten escalar grandes transformaciones empresariales.

Buscamos un(a) Líder Técnico con entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia, responsable de guiar técnicamente al equipo, asegurar la calidad de ingeniería, acompañar la evolución del producto y alinear las decisiones técnicas con la estrategia de negocio. Este rol trabajará de forma cercana con PO, arquitectos, Chapter Leaders y stakeholders para garantizar entregas robustas, sostenibles y alineadas con estándares corporativos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el direccionamiento técnico del equipo y resolver conflictos entre enfoques técnicos con criterio arquitectónico.
  • Acompañar el refinamiento avanzado junto al PO y apoyar la construcción de historias de usuario.
  • Asegurar buenas prácticas de ingeniería, calidad de código, gestión de deuda técnica y mejora continua.
  • Participar en war rooms, sesiones ágiles y espacios de alineación técnica del equipo.
  • Coordinar con Chapter Leaders y arquitectos la aplicación de lineamientos de ingeniería, datos y arquitectura.
  • Definir hojas de ruta técnicas y contribuir al diseño técnico del producto.
  • Revisar y aprobar PRs, hotfixes y cambios de arquitectura en conjunto con arquitectura de soluciones.
  • Garantizar insumos técnicos requeridos para producción, así como disponibilidad de entornos y gestión de dependencias técnicas.
  • Monitorear KPIs de RUN como disponibilidad, obsolescencia y vulnerabilidades junto con el PO.
  • Guiar al equipo, fomentar feedback continuo y fortalecer una cultura de apertura, aprendizaje y excelencia técnica.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa como desarrollador(a) frontend o backend con participación en diseño y construcción de productos digitales.
  • Conocimiento sólido en Java, buenas prácticas, clean code, arquitectura hexagonal y desarrollo sobre framework Optimus.
  • Experiencia con Azure DevOps, pipelines YAML, releases, artefactos, variables, integraciones y automatización.
  • Conocimiento práctico de OpenShift 4, despliegues, troubleshooting, logs y monitoreo.
  • Dominio de bases de datos, algoritmos, patrones de acceso, transacciones y seguridad.
  • Conocimiento en microservicios, redes, conectividad, certificados, headers, latencias y troubleshooting técnico.
  • Capacidad para interpretar blueprints de arquitectura y alinear soluciones con estándares empresariales.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo como Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace o similares.
  • Conocimiento en seguridad: OAuth2, autenticación, autorización, cifrado, manejo de secretos.
  • Entendimiento de estrategias de testing: pirámide de pruebas, integración, contratos, regresión y cobertura.
  • Conocimiento en flujos de eventos, tópicos, particiones, offsets y validación de payloads en entornos pub/sub.
  • Deseable experiencia en servicios financieros y/o en operaciones tecnológicas, DevOps u observabilidad.
