Misión del puesto:

Administrar, operar y brindar soporte técnico especializado sobre las plataformas de seguridad de clientes VIP y del sector Gobierno, asegurando la disponibilidad, correcta configuración y continuidad de los servicios, así como la atención oportuna de incidentes y requerimientos técnicos y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio y requisitos de confidencialidad establecidos.

Principales funciones:

  • Administrar y operar plataformas de seguridad para clientes VIP y Gobierno, incluyendo firewalls de nueva generación (NGFW), soluciones Anti-DDoS, WAF, VPN, proxy y NAC.
  • Atender y resolver incidentes y requerimientos técnicos de niveles 2 y 3, así como ejecutar cambios de configuración en políticas de seguridad, NAT, VPN, perfiles de seguridad, reglas WAF y políticas Anti-DDoS.
  • Monitorear la disponibilidad, capacidad y rendimiento de las plataformas de seguridad, realizando actividades de hardening, actualización, parcheo y optimización de configuraciones.
  • Analizar y atender incidentes críticos de ciberseguridad, incluyendo ataques DDoS y ataques contra aplicaciones web, coordinando las acciones de contención y mitigación correspondientes.
  • Coordinar escalamientos técnicos con fabricantes y partners para resolver incidentes y requerimientos de alta complejidad.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos, diagramas de infraestructura, documentación de configuraciones y bases de conocimiento de las plataformas administradas.
  • Mantener comunicación directa con clientes VIP y Gobierno, gestionando requerimientos exigentes, comunicando avances y atendiendo situaciones críticas con criterio técnico y orientación al cliente.
  • Cumplir con las normas, procedimientos e instructivos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).

Requisitos

  • Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería de Ciberseguridad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ciberseguridad o tecnologías de la información, con experiencia en gestión de servicios, gestión de cuentas o atención a clientes corporativos.
  • Experiencia en MSSP (proveedores de servicios de seguridad gestionados), operadores de telecomunicaciones o empresas integradoras, de preferencia.
  • Experiencia en atención de solicitudes de cambio, requerimientos técnicos e incidentes de seguridad, preferentemente en entornos SOC o servicios gestionados.
  • Inglés avanzado, con capacidad para comunicarse fluidamente con clientes, fabricantes y proveedores internacionales.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.

Conocimientos indispensables:

  • Conocimientos en administración de firewalls de nueva generación (NGFW), como Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point o Cisco.
  • Conocimientos de soluciones Anti-DDoS, como NETSCOUT/Arbor, Radware o servicios de mitigación en la nube, y de WAF, como F5 ASM/AWAF, Imperva, Cloudflare o Akamai.
  • Conocimientos de redes: TCP/IP, enrutamiento BGP y OSPF, VPN IPsec/SSL, NAT, VLAN y alta disponibilidad.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis de tráfico y troubleshooting, como Wireshark y tcpdump.
  • Conocimientos de gestión de servicios bajo ITIL y herramientas ITSM, como ServiceNow.
  • Contar con al menos una certificación técnica de nivel profesional en ciberseguridad, como Fortinet NSE 4/FCP, Palo Alto PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE o Cisco CCNP Security.

Conocimientos deseables:

  • Tecnologías proxy/SWG, NAC, SASE/SSE y ZTNA.
  • Balanceadores de carga y DNS seguro.
  • Automatización básica mediante Python, Ansible y APIs REST.
  • Certificaciones deseables: F5 BIG-IP ASM/AWAF, Certificaciones de Radware o NETSCOUT, CCNA, ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Security+.

  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos.
  • Manejo de situaciones críticas y atención de incidentes de alta complejidad.
  • Proactividad, organización y orientación a resultados.
