  1. Especialista de Seguridad Ofensiva

Misión del puesto:

Planificar y ejecutar servicios de seguridad ofensiva del CSOC de Claro Empresas, incluyendo ethical hacking, pruebas de penetración, análisis de vulnerabilidades, pruebas de seguridad de aplicaciones (SAST/DAST) y simulaciones de phishing e ingeniería social, para identificar debilidades en la infraestructura, aplicaciones y personas de los clientes y proponer medidas de remediación.

Principales funciones:

  • Ejecutar pruebas de pentesting en infraestructura, aplicaciones web y móviles, APIs, Active Directory y redes inalámbricas.
  • Realizar pruebas SAST/DAST y revisión de código.
  • Diseñar campañas de phishing e ingeniería social y participar en ejercicios Red Team.
  • Definir el alcance, las reglas de enfrentamiento y los planes de pruebas con el cliente.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos con evidencias, clasificación de riesgos y recomendaciones de remediación.
  • Identificar y validar vulnerabilidades según su criticidad e impacto.
  1. Especialista de Seguridad Defensiva

Misión del puesto:

Monitorear, detectar y gestionar eventos e incidentes de ciberseguridad en los servicios del CSOC de Claro Empresas y sus clientes, investigando amenazas y coordinando acciones de contención y respuesta para reducir el impacto de los ataques.

Principales funciones:

  • Monitorear eventos y alertas para detectar actividades sospechosas e indicadores de compromiso.
  • Investigar, clasificar y gestionar incidentes de ciberseguridad hasta su resolución.
  • Ejecutar o coordinar acciones de contención y mitigación de ataques.
  • Analizar registros y evidencias para determinar el origen, alcance e impacto de los incidentes.
  • Gestionar y priorizar vulnerabilidades según su criticidad y riesgo.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos y coordinar acciones correctivas con los equipos técnicos y clientes.
  • Colaborar con equipos ofensivos en el análisis de hallazgos y la mejora de las capacidades de detección.

Requisitos para ambas posiciones:

  • Bachiller universitario, preferentemente en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en ciberseguridad, idealmente en operaciones SOC/CSOC, gestión de vulnerabilidades, evaluación de amenazas o pruebas de seguridad. Para el perfil ofensivo, se considera referencial una experiencia mínima de 2 años.
  • Conocimientos de metodologías y marcos de seguridad: OWASP Top 10, OWASP WSTG, PTES, NIST SP 800-115 y MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Conocimientos de infraestructura, redes, sistemas Windows y Linux, aplicaciones web y Active Directory.
  • Conocimientos de análisis y gestión de vulnerabilidades, clasificación CVSS y elaboración de recomendaciones de remediación.
  • Manejo de herramientas de seguridad, como Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux y soluciones de análisis de vulnerabilidades.
  • Conocimientos de monitoreo de eventos, análisis de alertas, gestión de incidentes y contención de ataques.
  • Conocimientos de scripting con Python, Bash o PowerShell.
  • Inglés intermedio para lectura de documentación técnica.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.

Certificaciones valoradas para ambas posiciones:

  • Indispensable (al menos una): OSCP, eCPPT, PNPT o CEH Practical.
  • Deseables: OSWE, OSEP, CRTP/CRTO, Burp Suite Certified Practitioner, eWPTX, GWAPT, GPEN o eMAPT.
