In this role, you will own the Access Control portfolio end to end: where it goes, what gets built, and how it wins in the market. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and international Product Management teams, you will turn market and customer insight into clear product decisions. Your work will directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and business growth. This role reports to the Director Product Management and Solutions, Aritech. Role Description

Senior product professional with deep experience of the electronic security industry, working independently on complex product and market challenges. Owns the strategy and roadmap of the Access Control portfolio. Acts as the link between customers, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. Works throughout the complete product lifecycle, from concept and launch to sustaining and end-of-life. Brings market and competitive expertise to guide product and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for the Access Control portfolio, with clear, data-driven prioritization. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Build business cases and value propositions that turn opportunities into development priorities. Translate market needs into clear requirements and work closely with R&D through development, validation, and launch. Manage the full product lifecycle, including sustaining and end-of-life. Lead customer and market discovery with installers, integrators, end users, and partners. Define positioning and messaging with Marketing; support launches and sales enablement. Contribute to pricing decisions based on customer value and competitive insight. Track portfolio performance and drive corrective actions. Represent Aritech with key customers and at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

Experience in the electronic security industry, ideally in Access Control. Background in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering on security technology products (hardware, software, or connected systems). Proven experience owning a roadmap and turning customer insights into requirements. Solid technical understanding of electronic systems and connected devices. Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an international matrix organization. Strong analytical and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent experience. Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of intrusion detection, cloud platforms, mobile credentials, cybersecurity, or connected security ecosystems. Experience with building technology or integrated security solutions. French or another European language.
