Pour structurer cette expansion, nous franchissons une nouvelle étape en déployant un logiciel dédié à la gestion de notre parc de véhicules. Dans ce contexte dynamique où tout est à construire, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Gestionnaire de Flotte Automobile et Administration (H/F).

Description du poste

  • Basé à Angers entre espace Anjou et le stade de foot Raymond Kopa
  • Contrat à Durée Indéterminée
  • Amplitude de travail : du lundi au vendredi de 9h00-18h00.
  • Horaire flexible : 35h, 37h30 ou 40h au choix du salarié
  • Tickets restaurant (9€/jour travaillé, 60% pris en charge par l'entreprise), prestations du CSE

Rattaché(e) à la responsable administrative, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle et le suivi de notre parc de véhicules. Vos missions principales sont :

  • Gestion administrative : Suivi des contrats de location (courte et longue durée), gestion des badges péages, des PV et des amendes.
  • Entretien et sécurité : Planification et suivi des révisions obligatoires, des contrôles techniques et des réparations.
  • Gestion des sinistres : Déclaration et suivi des accidents auprès des assurances, .
  • Relation utilisateurs : Gestion des entrées/sorties et assistance aux conducteurs en cas de panne.
  • Suivi budgétaire : Validation des devis et des factures.
  • Projet logiciel : Participer activement au déploiement et au remplissage de notre nouveau logiciel de gestion de parc.

Ces fonctions s’accompagneront de missions au sein de l’équipe d’administration des ventes.

Vous participerez à ce titre à la facturation, la saisie des règlements ainsi que la relance d'impayés.

Qualifications

  • Formation initiale ou professionnelle de niveau Bac à Bac+2 dans le transport, la logistique ou l'assistanat de gestion PME-PMI.
  • Une première expérience sur un poste similaire ou en assistanat logistique est appréciée.
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques
  • Rigueur, organisation, réactivité, bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe.

Rémunération entre 1867€ et 2133€ brut mensuel.
