Ben jij een techneut met passie voor elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als EMR Monteur werk je aan het onderhouden, kalibreren en verbeteren van elektrotechnische installaties en meet- en regelsystemen binnen onze productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen optimaal blijven draaien, met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen? · Onderhoud, inspectie en reparatie van elektrische installaties en regelapparatuur; · Kalibreren en testen van meetinstrumentatie (temperatuur, druk, flow, etc.); · Lokaliseren en verhelpen van storingen in meet- en regelsystemen; · Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en modificaties; · Documentatie en administratie van onderhoudswerkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem (SAP); · Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften (NEN 3140, ATEX, LOTOTO, werkvergunningen, etc.).

Functie-eisen

· MBO-diploma niveau 3 of 4 in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, besturingstechniek of gelijkwaardig; · Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; · Aantoonbare werkervaring als E&I-monteur, storingsmonteur of vergelijkbaar binnen een industriële omgeving; · Kennis van industriële automatisering; · Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht; · Bereidheid tot werken in storingsdiensten (indien van toepassing); · VOG bewijs; · Kennis en ervaring met het lezen van elektrotechnische schema’s en werken met PLC/ DCS besturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens S7. Meet- en regeltechniek; · NEN 3140/NEN 3840 en ervaring met SAP is een pré; · Zelfstandigheid, initiatief, stressbestendig, flexibel, analytisch; · Affiniteit met software is een pré; · Je bent in het bezit van een geldige Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) of bereidheid om deze aan te vragen.
