De functie

Als Strategisch Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van chemicaliën en andere kritische goederen en diensten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne stakeholders als externe leveranciers en hebt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van leveranciersrelaties, contracten en commerciële voorwaarden. Je draagt bij aan het inkoopbeleid en vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar concrete acties en een optimale balans tussen kwaliteit, kosten en leverzekerheid. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Operations, Supply Chain, R&D en andere disciplines.

Positie in de organisatie In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Head of Supply Chain. Je werkt in een team bestaande uit 4 medewerkers.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden / Kerntaken

  • Zelfstandig inkopen van grondstoffen, chemicaliën en gerelateerde diensten
  • Selecteren en ontwikkelen van (internationale) leveranciers
  • Actief beheren van leveranciersrelaties en borgen van performance
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en contracten.
  • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en managen van prijs-, beschikbaarheids- en supply risico’s.
  • Afstemmen met interne stakeholders en adviseren over inkoopvraagstukken
  • Bijdragen aan kostenoptimalisatie, leveringszekerheid en professionalisering van het inkoopproces en -beleid

Als kandidaat beschik je over de volgende kennis, ervaring en competenties

  • HBO(+) werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Chemie, Supply Chain of Inkoop;
  • Een NEVI 1 of 2 certificaat is een pre;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een strategische inkoopfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen de chemische industrie;
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en commerciële instelling;
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (oa. Incoterms, REACH, douane);
  • Ervaring met SAP of vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem en in vaardig in het analyseren van data en verbeteren van processen;
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Analytisch, resultaatgericht en communicatief sterk.

Wij bieden

  • Salarisspecificatie volgens CAO KLK Kolb Specialties B.V. € 4800,- en € 5800,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding;
  • 25 vakantiedagen per jaar op fulltime basis;
  • 11,5 ATV dagen;
  • Vakantiegeld 8,33%
  • Reiskosten netto á € 0,23 per kilometer tot een max van 35 km enkele reis
