De functie

Als WTB Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en milieubewust uitvoeren van mechanische reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden op onze locatie te Moerdijk. Je werkt in dagdienst met consignatiedienst dat binnen je team wordt afgewisseld. Wanneer je ook inzetbaar bent voor elektrotechnische onderhoudswerkzaamheden (E&I) of bereid bent om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen, is dit een pré. Eerstelijns storingsonderhoud tijdens je consignatiedienst is zowel mechanisch als E&I. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader Maintenance.

Functie-eisen

  • Afgeronde opleiding MBO-4 werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring als mechanische monteur of onderhoudstechnicus;
  • Kennis van PLC systemen of de bereidheid deze kennis eigen te maken is een pré;
  • Kennis van pompen is een pré;
  • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Werkervaring in de proces-/chemische industrie is een pré.

  • Je bent je bewust van veiligheid, kwaliteit, welzijn en milieu;
  • Helder kunnen communiceren.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden / Kerntaken

  • Je plant en voert reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan mechanische installaties;
  • Samen met je collega’s draag je zorg voor het beheer en onderhoud van de utilities, zoals warmte, stoom, stikstof en water ten behoeve van productie installaties en gebouwen;
  • Je registreert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen in het Maintenance Management Systeem;
  • Je neemt deel aan projectgroepen op het gebied van optimalisatie en nieuw te bouwen installaties;
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers van materialen en diensten;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldige Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) of bereidheid om deze aan te vragen.

  • Bij een jaar geen ziekteverzuim, twee extra vakantiedagen;
  • Netto-vergoeding van €350,- per jaar ter compensatie van ziektekosten (juni uitbetaald);
  • Personeelsvereniging die diverse uitjes organiseert;
  • Afdelingsuitje 1x per jaar;
  • Een fulltime dagdienst functie van 40 uur;
  • Werkkleding en -schoenen.
