搭建并维护具身大模型数据管线，覆盖数据接入、存储、清洗、标注、质检及训练集构建。 统一图像、视频、语言指令与机器人轨迹的数据规范，实现时间同步、跨模态对齐及跨平台兼容。 建设数据质量评估、版本管理与追溯机制，支持数据检索、配比和实验复现。 优化数据处理与训练加载效率，保障管线稳定运行，协同算法及机器人团队形成数据迭代闭环。

任职要求 有数据平台或机器学习数据管线建设经验，能独立完成架构设计、开发与维护。 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 Linux、数据库、对象存储及分布式数据处理。 理解多模态数据的组织与对齐，了解机器人观测、状态与动作轨迹。 熟悉 PyTorch 数据加载机制，具备性能优化、故障排查和工程落地能力。 能清楚说明负责的数据规模、架构方案及效率、质量或稳定性提升。

优先考虑 有机器人、具身智能或大规模多模态数据处理经验；熟悉 ROS / rosbag、LeRobot、RLDS 等工具或格式；有 VLM、VLA、模仿学习训练或数据闭环建设经验。
