Koniag Services, Inc, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Finance Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KSI and our government customer in Linthicum, MD. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.      Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement.   Koniag Government Services is seeking a contingent Finance Manager for the DC3 TABO S&F Support program. The role supports financial management, PPBE-related analysis, resource projection, contract action tracking, financial status reporting, and audit-ready records for DC3 enterprise operations. The Finance Manager will support ER financial management and related program controls needed to provide accurate, timely, and traceable financial support to DC3 stakeholders. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Support budget, spend-plan, resource projection, and financial status reporting activities for assigned DC3 functions. Maintain contract action tracking, funding status inputs, financial data calls, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with program leadership, corporate finance, contracts, and customer stakeholders on funding, labor, travel, and reporting questions. Prepare financial analyses, briefings, variance explanations, and management inputs that support customer decisions. Support PPBE-related coordination, acquisition planning inputs, and financial record quality controls. Identify financial reporting risks, data inconsistencies, and missing support early enough for correction. Maintain clear status, action, risk, and deliverable records that support the DC3 S&F program management cadence and COR visibility. Coordinate with the Program Manager, directorate stakeholders, security staff, and recruiting/backfill teams to protect continuity during transition, leave, and vacancy events.

  Education and Experience: Required:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, public administration, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent federal financial management experience. 8+ years of experience in federal financial management, program finance, budget analysis, PPBE support, or contract financial controls. Experience preparing financial reports, data calls, budget exhibits, spend-plan inputs, or contract action tracking artifacts. Experience supporting DoD or federal customers in a cleared environment.

  Desired:

Experience with Air Force, DoD cyber, investigative, or enterprise mission-support finance. Experience supporting FFP labor, T&M travel, task-order funding, and professional-services program controls. Relevant finance, accounting, project control, or acquisition certification.

  Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills with disciplined attention to source data and auditability. Ability to explain financial status, assumptions, variances, and risks in plain language for program and customer leaders. Proficiency with Excel, financial trackers, contract funding artifacts, and management reporting packages. Ability to protect sensitive financial, procurement, and program information. Strong coordination skills across program management, contracts, finance, pricing, and customer stakeholders. Ability to operate under monthly reporting cycles and time-sensitive data calls.

  Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI security clearance

  Desired Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of PPBE terminology, DoD funding workflows, and acquisition support documentation. Ability to design practical controls that reduce rework, late reporting, and unsupported financial assumptions. Experience building dashboards or management views for financial status and risk. Familiarity with OASIS+ or comparable federal task-order financial execution.
