Je hebt een passie voor bouw en techniek en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als bouwkundig adviseur. Je zoekt een dynamische werkomgeving waarin je jouw expertise kunt inzetten voor de ontwikkeling en renovatie van zwembaden en sportaccommodaties. Dit ga je doen

Als Bouwkundig Adviseur bij Koninklijke Sportfondsen ben jij de specialist die inspeelt op zowel technische als bouwkundige vraagstukken binnen de zwembad- en sportbranche. Je voert bouwkundige inspecties uit, stelt gedetailleerde rapportages op, geeft bouwkundige adviezen en leidt diverse bouwprojecten van A tot Z. Jouw werk is essentieel voor het realiseren van duurzame en veilige accommodaties. Jouw werkzaamheden:

Bouwkundige Inspecties en Adviezen

  • Je voert periodieke en ad-hoc bouwkundige inspecties uit en maakt gedetailleerde rapportages.
  • Jij geeft bouwkundige adviezen die rekening houden met de specifieke behoeften van de opdrachtgevers en exploitatie-aspecten van de gebouwen.

Projectmanagement

  • Je formuleert projectopdrachten, inclusief tijd-, kosten- en kwaliteitsaspecten.
  • Je organiseert de projecten, bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt projectmedewerkers aan en zorgt voor de uitvoering van renovatie- en vernieuwingstrajecten.

Coördinatie en Communicatie

  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en externe partijen zoals architecten, aannemingsbedrijven en specialistische bureaus. Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zorgen voor heldere afstemming met alle betrokkenen.

Ondersteuning bij Aanbestedingen

  • Je verzorgt de benodigde bouwkundige tekeningen, informatie en tekst voor aanbestedingen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de afdeling Sales.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde.
  • Kennis van bouwfysica, kostencalculatie, planning, bouworganisatie en constructies. Ervaring met installatietechniek is een pré.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, neemt initiatief en bent vakgericht. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt zowel intern als extern effectief overleg voeren.
