Dit ga je doen

Als hoofd zwemzaken maak je bewegen waardevol. Je geeft leiding aan een enthousiast team van zwemonderwijzers en toezichthouders. Je werkt samen, stuurt aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom de zwemactiviteiten soepel verloopt. Je maakt planningen en roosters, stelt lessen samen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het zwemonderwijs. Je voert functioneringsgesprekken, staat in contact met onze gasten en bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Je geeft zelf ook zwemlessen: aan reguliere bezoekers én aan mensen die net wat meer aandacht of een aangepaste aanpak nodig hebben. En als het nodig is, spring je bij voor een zieke collega. Jij houdt het overzicht, zorgt voor een veilige en prettige sfeer en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team.

  • Leidinggevende ervaring – Heb je die al? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
  • Ervaring binnen de zwembadwereld – Jij kent de dynamiek van het vak.
  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
  • Organisatorisch sterk – Je kunt goed plannen, roosteren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Communicatief vaardig – Met collega’s én gasten.
  • Digitaal vaardig – Je kunt goed overweg met Office-toepassingen zoals Word en Excel.
  • Flexibel en betrokken – Jij staat er wanneer het nodig is.
  • Een VOG aanvragen – Dat is voor jou geen probleem.
