Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming in de regio zijn we bij Konvert HR op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt de boekhouding en verwerkt onder andere facturen en betalingen.
  • Je helpt bij de financiële rapportering en voorbereiding van de jaarafsluiting.
  • Je verzorgt verschillende taken binnen de personeelsadministratie, zoals uurregistraties, loonadministratie en personeelsbeheer.
  • Je staat in voor een professioneel onthaal van klanten, leveranciers en andere bezoekers.
  • Je beheert inkomende telefoons en e-mails en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je biedt algemene administratieve ondersteuning, onder andere rond duurzaamheid en preventie op het werk.
  • Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende ad-hocprojecten en helpt bijvoorbeeld bij het uitwerken van nieuwe analyses.
  • Je start met de nodige ondersteuning van ervaren collega's en krijgt de kans om je functie verder uit te bouwen en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Cijfers schrikken je niet af en je hebt interesse in financiële administratie en rapportering.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
  • Je bent sociaal ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat ervoor open om nieuwe taken aan te leren.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je goed in een functie waarin verschillende verantwoordelijkheden samenkomen.
