Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Bereich Service und Kundendienst und sorgen für eine effiziente Einteilung des Personals, um die Vollbeschäftigung der eigenen Mitarbeiter sicherzustellen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Materialbeschaffung und sind verantwortlich für die Abrechnung von Wartungsverträgen und Aufträgen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören außerdem die regelmäßige Erlös- und Kostenkontrolle, die Erstellung von Angeboten, Nachtragsangeboten und Wartungsangeboten sowie die Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Wartungspauschalen. Sie verfolgen und klären offene Posten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Leiter. Zusätzlich betreuen Sie unsere Stammkunden und übernehmen die Akquise von Neukunden, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in leitenden Tätigkeiten mit
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Unsere Kunden schätzen Ihren serviceorientierten, professionellen und freundlichen Umgang, kombiniert mit einer zielorientierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
