Die Grün & Popp Energiesysteme GmbH mit Sitz in Plüderhausen ist seit 1972 ein führender Ingenieurbetrieb für Technische Gebäudeausrüstung mit Fokus auf Energie- und Gebäudetechnik. Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst Heizungs-, Klima-, Sanitär- und insbesondere Lüftungstechnik. Seit 2023 gehört das Unternehmen als hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft zur KONZMANN Gruppe.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Planung, Abwicklung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik
  • Gesamte Projektbetreuung von der Erstellung des Aufmaßes über die Materialbeschaffung, Projekt-Abwicklung und -Abnahme bis hin zur Abrechnung
  • Konstruktion mittels CAD
  • Organisatorische und technische Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden, Architekten, Subunternehmern und unseren internen Teams
  • Technische Projektdokumentation
  • Fachliche Führung des Projektteams
  • Kostenverfolgung und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Verantwortung für die Mängelbeseitigung
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Lieferantenrechnungen

Ihr Profil

  • Techniker, Bachelor, Master, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) für Gebäude- und Energie- oder Umwelttechnik
  • Teamplayer mit guten Umgangsformen
  • Selbstständiges und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B (3)
