Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung von Projekten in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung mit Schwerpunkt auf den Gewerken Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär. Dabei betreuen Sie die Projekte von der Materialbeschaffung über die Abwicklung und Abnahme bis hin zur Abrechnung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören außerdem die Kostenverfolgung und das Nachtragsmanagement sowie die technische Prüfung von Rechnungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Abrechnungsteam. Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Dokumentationen, verantworten die Mängelbeseitigung und übernehmen die fachliche Führung Ihres Teams, einschließlich der Personaleinsatzplanung. Als zentraler Ansprechpartner stehen Sie unseren Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs kompetent zur Seite.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder einen Meisterbrief im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter (m/w/d) mit
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich in einem engagierten Team
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und besitzen eine natürliche Überzeugungskraft
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln treibt Sie bei Ihrer Arbeit an
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS-Office-Anwendungen, runden Ihr Profil ab
