Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle M365-Themen in der KONZMANN Gruppe und koordinieren diesbezüglich die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Standorten, Mitarbeitern und externen IT-Dienstleistern
  • Sie steuern und priorisieren die M365-Projekte und Hotline-Wesen im Unternehmen und stellen sicher, dass Informationssicherheitsanforderungen berücksichtigt werden
  • Sie entwickeln IT-Governance-Strukturen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie leiten Projekte zur Stabilisierung und Optimierung in M365 und den angrenzenden Themen
  • Sie verwalten und steuern die eingesetzte Soft- und Hardware, um eine effiziente und transparente Landschaft zu gewährleisten
  • Sie treiben die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Arbeitsumgebung, insbesondere im Bereich Microsoft 365 und KI-Anwendungen, voran
  • Sie erkennen Qualifizierungsbedarfe und gestalten passende Schulungsformate für Mitarbeitende
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Auditprozessen und die strukturierte Einbindung der Betriebsverantwortlichen (Divisons IT) für mitbestimmungspflichtige IT-Vorhaben sicher

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. bringen fundierte praktische Erfahrung mehr als 5 Jahre im IT-Umfeld mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie über Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen und KI-gestützten Anwendungen, idealerweise Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von IT- oder M365-Schulungen sammeln
  • Sie besitzen ein sicheres Verständnis für IT-Governance, Qualitätsmanagement und strukturierte IT-Prozesse
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Koordination von IT- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten mit
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und können komplexe IT-Themen verständlich aufbereiten
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
