Das Unternehmen bietet maßgeschneiderte, energieeffiziente Lösungen über die komplette Temperaturbandbreite von +18°C bis -60°C für Gewerbe, Industrie und Lebensmittelbranche – von Raumklimatisierung bis Prozesskühlung. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen eigenständig die Wartung und Inspektion von Kälte- und Klimaanlagen sowie die Inbetriebnahmen von Großkälteanlagen, Kaltwassersätzen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und technischen Defekten
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Wartungen und Reparaturarbeiten sowie der Austausch von defekten Komponenten
  • Optimierung und Einstellung von Anlagenparametern
  • Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze und Wartungsberichte
  • Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich technischer Lösungen, Umbauten, Reparaturen sowie der Bedienung und zum effizienten Betrieb der Anlagen
  • Zudem akquirieren Sie neue Serviceaufträge
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften (z. B. Kältemittelverordnung)

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Kälteanlagenbauer, Meister oder Techniker in der Fachrichtung Kälte- / Klimatechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst in gewerblichem sowie industriellem Umfeld
  • Sie besitzen eine Kunden- und Serviceorientierte Grundeinstellung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse für verschiedenste Anwendungen in der Kältetechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Fehlerdiagnose, Mess- und Regeltechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Service- und Diagnosetools
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang und der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und Mitarbeitern ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
  • Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
